Withholding customers' money- Do Not Use
Due to the governmental ban on travel, I requested if I could have a CREDIT, considering I would not be able to travel in June. The company refused this as my policy was "out of the 14 day cooling off period." Disgusting... I want to move my travel dates and insurance into the future when it is legal and safe to travel again, and Insureandgo will not come to the party. Use a company that will look after their consumer in a time of crisis.
