  • I have just checked out the partial credit system and on a policy costing just over $157 I would get a credit of about $28 - what a joke and it seems that the earlier you purchased the policy the less you get back -what an even bigger joke. I will be continuing with my formal complaint and taking it further as it has not been responded to within your company's proposed time frame
