Shocking experience when making a valid claim
Despite paying for a comprehensive annual family policy, when making a claim this company do not respond, do not support or explain, and they will do absolutely everything they can to avoid settling any claim. Their lack of communication is shocking, even when raising a formal complaint as a precursor to referring to the insurance ombudsman the still will not act. A disgrace. My policy wording makes clear and unequivocal cover for my claim. Pointless paying my premium, they have no care for their customers
