refused my claim
Saigon 18th March Covid19 had locals in a frenzy, my travel agency advised their Asian Operation was closing next day. They suggested I fly straight home and I concurred and left. Advised them in April of my claim, email exchange endless, got a rather rude phone call one evening in July advising claim refused and little explanation. I commented in a forum and they emailed me and restarted the process again, more documents, advised by email today claim unsuccessful. Surprise, Surprise think they were just stringing me a long the whole time. Never again and I was a return customer thought some loyalty but no. BOOOO!
