Made a claim 4 weeks ago and still no answer and not responding to my follow up emails.
Have sent a complaint to AFCA.
You should do the same if they muck around with your claim.
Mine was a simple straight forward claim for a mobile phone screen that was damaged during travel.
Absolutely disgusting. Was dealing with Heather Yang who has gone silent.
