• Yes, I agree wholeheartedly with you and want to warn others not to use them. There are many good reviews for them ..... but only from people saying the policy was well priced and easy to arrange. They hadn't tried to product, ie made a claim. That is a different story. There are so many exclusions and they make you work so hard to get NOTHING. Maybe that's their strategy. Wear you down. I wasted 9 hours over a three month period interacting with them try to get a claim paid, but despite providing countless documents, they always came back with a reason why my claim was not covered .. even though staff had told me at the beginning of the process that I had a valid claim.
