Company is a scam.

Travelled from Dulles to Jacksonville.
Backpack mandated by airline as checked baggage.
Never saw it again.
Spent weeks on the phone to airline (United), no luck.
Spent months claiming with InsureAndGo. No luck
GOLD policy.
AFCA investigating, now 6 months. Keep away from them !!!!!!!
