Once they have your money they will ignore you
I paid iTrek $700 for a long trip around the world. Once I got through they excellent sales team, everything turned pear shaped. Instead of insurance I seem to have had:
a) emails bouncing because their official confirmation letter has wrong email address
b) emails ignored when re-sent to another address provided
c) every call to ask about claims requires 30-50minute wait
d) once claim sorted and sent in with proper paperwork, told 10 day turnaround. Now ignored now for a month and no correspondence
e) the "claim status" website doesn't even work and you cannot login
HOW ARE THE REVIEWS SO HIGH? Still hoping they can sort things out, but dwindling hope.
