Courteous and understanding staff within the context of lodging claim.

Appreciated the careful consideration given regarding my claim. Background was that 5 days out from flying overseas, my wife was seriously ill and admitted to hospital. This was classified as a family emergency for which I received a partial refund from the travel agent and most of the rest was paid by 1Cover. I have used ITrek previously for some time because of the fairness of their premiums and the cover that they provide. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company on the basis of service, price and efficient claim processing.
