Pretty happy with level of service
Not happy re: depreciation of items as they still need to be replaced at current market value. Proof of purchase can be somewhat onerous. As one who travels with cash only I would like to be able to increase the amount covered. I would prefer to pay a higher premium and have items covered for replacement value.
