we were caught up in the volcano problems in bali nov 15 ,a number of flight were changes ,advised aig hard to talk to anyone who understands English then advised to buy a new policy because thay cannot make changes to the existing policy,thay then refund the old policy but the problem arises you have to keep one policy open to claim lost accommodation so they get you for 2 policy's john mac
