Thank god I didnt have to make a claim!
Been emailing and messaging on facebook for a week with no response at all except an automated response telling me that someone will get back to me in "24-48 hours". I was trying to extend my policy. I messaged the 'multitrip .com' facebook site and they told me that I would have to go through the '.com.au' facebook page (as I had had no luck with emailing them. The email given on this page is the same one that I have been emailing with NO luck. I was told that it would be possible to extend my trip policy if it had not ended. After 7 days of trying to contact them it has ended. Maybe its a good thing that I have had no response because I hate to think how this business would deal with their clients should something unfortunate happen to them.
