Terrible customer servic with long phone waits
Terrible service. Phone not answered in a timely manner, my claim was rejected because my dog was injured during the waiting period and would not be covered in the future because it would be a pre-existing condition. What bother's me is that it was an accident, and that should not have a waiting period. While the cost of the medical is not substantial, I am considering cancelling the policy all together as I am sceptical about making a claim from them in the future.
