  • Bruce, stop belittling anyone's comment just because they had a better experience than you.
    They have the Choice tick of approval, as well as the Cannex 5 star, so obviously they do well by most people (the problem being that most people don't bother posting reviews unless they're extremely butthurt, like yourself).
