Unethical way of avoiding to pay claims
What a joke, it seems like all these reviews are paid for. I have had the worst experience with this company. Never ever will I insure anything with this company. The claims assessor is the most unprofessional insurance employee person I have had to deal with (I have all his emails recorded). They unlawfully failed to adhere to some of the clauses of the GIC. They are trying anything they can to unethically deny our claim by appointing numerous investigators and trying to trip us up. They didn't even reply to our first email when we were robbed and didn't eve care about our safety and security concerns. The marketing team and the assessor leader also failed to call us back to help us solve some of our concerns.
