My husband and I just returned from an around the world trip for 7 months and used scti world family cover for the both of us. We found scti to be the best value for money. We were concerned about buying insurance online after making 2 claims during our trip, we found scti to have excellent online and email service. Our first claim was regarding delayed baggage, scti went beyong their duty by contacting the airline directly. We also made a claim for our damaged camera. We bought a new camera to replace the damaged one, and scti gave us a reasonable reimbursement for our old damaged camera when we got back to Australia a couple of months later.
