1.5 months later, still waiting...
I provided all documents requested and then some, and as of today- 1.5 months later- I have heard nothing about my claim. The sent a generic apology after 30 days saying my claim would be "expedited" and upon my request said a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours. That was two weeks ago with still no call, and the reps on the phone refused to update any of our correspondences on my claim dashboard since last month. They claim "Covid has them backlogged"..?
