What’s the point?
Flight delayed twice and stranded between home and our destination.
Policy states that deposits and full cost of prepaid expenses are not covered (only new costs). Buyer beware.
3.5 months of extremely onerous paperwork. Multiple emails and international phone calls.
Company relies on customers accepting defeat buy erecting new hurdles at each step.
Refund? Less than I would be paid for an hour of my time by my employer.
What’s the point in paying for insurance if it doesn’t insure anything?
Avoid at all costs.
