Not bad, could be better
Firstly, I've never had to make a claim so haven't benefited from the insurance. It's about the same/on the cheaper side compared with other insurers. Customer service isn't bad, however this year when I went to pay my insurance they'd removed BPay as an option which meant without a credit or debit card I had to go to an australia post office during their open hours to pay. I used to pay with bpay, it was easy and there were never any issues. I don't have a debit card and didn't want to use my credit card as I avoid it due to the fees. The aami mobile website is terrible, only use the full computer version.
