Prompt medical assistance and claim
I have been with Bupa for about a year now, when unfortunately I had to claim last month for a shoulder injury which required an MRI scan and surgery. This is alongside my ongoing physiotherapy. I was required to provide a medical history report from my GP, but this went through smoothly and without delay from Bupa. I received a prompt reply from them and I was allowed to choose my consultant, hospital and any treatment that I needed to help with my recovery.
