A total scam! Do not waste your money.

Took your money and provides no cover. The only time I got to talk to a real person was when they asked for my credit card details. After that it’s via WhatsApp only. Unfortunately I recently needed an emergency eye surgery and they simply said I had to pay for it myself so I’m now $4K out of pocket despite having paid nearly $2K to Bupa for an annual cover months ago. Even the nurse at the surgery couldn’t get hold of them, so it was either pay for the surgery or go blind in that eye. Afterwards I chatted with them, via WhatsApp of course, and got nothing except that it’s not covered, despite having hospital cover and I specifically ask for optical to be included when I took out the policy months ago - only because I thought I might need glasses at some point due to age. So stay away from Bupa. This company is a total scam. They’ll only steal your money.
