Regret joining Bupa, poor customer service
I switched over from Nib to Bupa mid last year and it was really frustrating, I had to wait 3 weeks before I had my membership number and their website is constantly down. Once you have paid the money, their level of service dropped, and nobody could give a timeline on when the website will be fixed. When called in, I get transfered so many times before I could talk to the correct person and had to repeat myself so many times. I really regret joining them. Wish I had somebody to inform me about their service prior to joining them.
