Bad customer service with long phone queues
Joined last year and was promised free movie tickets, but still did not get them. Customer service was really bad, long queues before my calls were answered and I was constantly being transferred from one department to the other. And I switched over all just for a $20 saving. If you want good customer service, you should stay away from bupa.
