I would not recomment Bupa to anyone

I am due for a surgery next month but Bupa wouldn't cover me because I still have a few weeks to go before my waiting period is fulfilled. I have other commitments after the surgery and would like to give myself more time to recover but Bupa would not budge. I called them multiple times and tried to get it escalated to the higher levels but to no avail. I would not recommend Bupa to anybody. They are just a company interested in making money and not helping their customers.
