Any surgery or claim I have made has been easy. Whether inquiring over the phone or going into my local Bupa store each staff member has been very helpful. Sometimes to wait in store to be served can take a while, they apologise for the wait and it shows they are a popular health fund to be with. All health insurance is expensive so prices could be made better.
