Friendly, efficient and vital.
When I turned 25 I could no longer exist on my parent's healthcare plan. I decided to remain with HBF, due to ease of transition and the availability of local branches. I was concerned the process would take a long time, yet the customer service representative was quick and efficient without sacrificing detail. The only downside was the price, which at approximately $950 per annum for a healthy young person seems steep. Yet, what price for peace of mind?
