Medibank private should improve their benefits
They keep increasing their premiums and reducing benefits. But we keep seeing their advertisements and sponsorship on tv and some major events. If they really want to help their loyal customers, they should cut down on marketing and improve benefits and customer service training. It will pay off as there is no better ad campaign than word of mouth. Satisfied customers will always recommend them to family and friends.
