Unreliable & inexperience business information people
I received an email this morning that my account is overdue although I have set up an automatic card debit two months ago and my card expires in three more years. I downloaded their apps, login and made payment from there which was accepted, but didn’t issue a receipt. I checked my emails and nothing happened. I checked my bank - no pending payment. The easy payment advertise on their website is all but nothing existence and misleading to customers. This incidence had happened twice already. I think after more than 20 years member, I have to say goodbye and find a better reliable provider. Words of mouth will certainly go around...
