Not worth the time or money.
First, I tried to call 134 190 a few days ago, and they told me to wait for 19 minutes, so I did and I'm still waiting. I tried a few more times, calling, and they told me to wait for 8 minutes, 29 minutes, etc. I thought it might have been just the phone so I tried to log in on their website, since I'm a member, but apparently I forgot the username so I clicked the "forgot username?" button and filled in the details but when I got to the date part, it keeps on saying the year is wrong, and I tried birth date, expiration date, today's date, and it just says the year is wrong. I thought it was my computer's problem perhaps so tried on all my devices, wasting hours, and still the same. I searched on google and read through their website to see if I did something wrong. Today, I tried calling again,twice, it told me to wait for 9-12 minutes and I ended up waiting for nearly half an hour, just holding the phone, and finally gave up. I mean, I bought this insurance to save money and time, although now it's the opposite.
