Have never had any issues with NIB
My husband and I have been with NIB for almost 10 years now. We do not usually claim but whenever we had to make a claim whether it's for ourselves or our kids, we never had any issues with them and their consultants have always been there to help. The only thing that I hope NIB could provide was to give their existing customers a loyalty discount. We pay the same premium as new customers.
