Difficult and slow claiming process
Please don't be fooled by cheap premium rates of the Basic Saver cover plan of NIB! I was paying premiums for 3 years making minor claims for dental and optical only which deducted directly from my member card. When I actually needed to make a claim for an operation, I had to wait for almost an hour on the phone before I got to speak to a real person and the processing time took more than a month.
