Just can get any feedback from this company.
These guys in QBE are not replying on e-mails in general. Although they have website to lodge claim it is absolutely unclear what is happining after that. I have been waiting over 3 weeks sending couple e-mails to confirm that my case is processed in the system.... nop just silence. Very appointing I would newer buy anything from vendor with with such awful customer care.
