Be Careful
I am one of the travellers who was caught up with the Bali Volcanic activity on two occasions. The first time, I called QBE and asked if my insurance covered by my ANZ Premium credit card would insure any trip losses including air fares. I was told the policy would cover most of the loss. Now I am caught between Jetstar and the QBE insurance company. The insurance company won't pay me the costs of air fares for two persons unless Jetstar provide me with a letter stating that the tickets were refundable or non refundable which Jetstar will not do. I can spend rest of the year writing letters to Jetstar and emailing QBE with no result. It is exhausting and stressful and an extremely disappointing
