Bad service, never responded, total con
I don't write reviews, as honestly I don't have the time. however, this is another level of absolutely terrible customer service. Well I say service. There was none. They simply will not respond to my claim for travel insurance. The claim was for sports ski insurance curtailment cancelled due to COVID 19. The claim was fair and included in the policy. All my fellow travellers had similar insurance and every single one got their insurance claim responded to and claim paid out except me.
After chasing this for such a long period of time and zero response, I now accept the facts as I see them. This insurance is literally a con, with zero intention to acknowledge a client and even reject the claim. I genuinely suspect that their are deep-rooted funding issues to satisfy claims, especially after reading so many angry clients that have not been paid out not had any response again.
I genuinely feel that the company needs to be investigated due to the level of unpaid claims.
Needless to say my advice is NEVER TAKE INSURANCE WITH VIRGIN.
