Zoom makes everything so simple
Our daughter had food poisoning on the trip, needed to get urgent medical attention, my wife called Zoom and the staff member Rochelle was very helpful and advised us what we needed to do. When we got back from the trip, making the claim with Zoom was easy and straight forward, and I got my refund in 2 days. This is the first time I have ever made a claim, and I will definitely be using Zoom again. I will recommend Zoom to my friends and relatives.
