Don't wanna pay
I started my claim on June 15. I uploaded all documents when I started the claim. 3 times they asked me for the documents I had already submitted which I resubmitted each time. They then wanted a medical certificate showing my diagnosis, my treatment and the amount of time I was unable to travel even though my original receipts invoiced for what they treated. I obtained this from the medical centre and submitted it. Again they asked for it to be resubmitted. After resubmitting everything multiple times, they finally accepted my claim and told me it would be deposited within 15 days though their website says claims will be finalised within 10 days. After 18 days of not receiving my claim and I having to chase them again, they emailed to say it had been deposited into my account yet it does not show up in my account. It is now August 11, almost 2 months since I started this claim and I have received no payment from this company.
I feel like they have been continuing stalling by asking me to repeatedly resubmit documents which were already submitted. This is the first time I have used Zoom and the first time I have ever had to make a claim on travel insurance. This is extremely disappointing and the last time I will use Zoom. It is poor value for money when they don't pay up for claims.
