Happy from the outcome

Just want to send my thanks to Harriet and Ben. i spoke to them back in march just prior to when everything hit the fan. Both of them handled my enquiry regarding if my policy would cover pandemics. sadly the policy wording does state that it does not cover pandemics however later in April, Ben replied to my email stating that i was eligalbe for a policy credit that can be used for up to 18 months. I'm very pleased of the outcome. thank you for your consideration.
