No Response No Communication for 2 weeks after purchase.
No form of Response or communcation from Zoom Travel Insurance for 2 weeks after purchase, They apoligised after i bought it to their attention and said it was due to being busy.I had to cancel as I was in need of a policy with better communication even it was only by email without phone support. Refund is in process. I will not mention the other company names but all 3 emailed me my policy number or even a payment confirmation email with 48hrs.
