Great price, disappointing claim result
Price for cover is excellent, including rental car excess and rock climbing cover.
Upgrading plan is simple
Customer service and claims team are friendly, and respond quickly, however there seems to be very little information handover between representatives and platforms, and I had to re-explain the same thing multiple times.
The requirement for “proof of purchase”, rather than just proof of ownership for lost/stolen items I feel is a little extreme/unfair. Many items are impossible to obtain that information, especially in the form of gifts, and things that a receipt isn’t usually kept. This resulted in a claim for items going from almost $700 to $60 after excess was taken.
For the price, you definitely can’t complain.
