total scam!!

I paid double the premium to be covered for Meniers. I had an attack the day before so could not travel. They have made the claim difficult and keep asking for more stuff. They now insist I get their form completed by a doctor costing another $120 that they will not reimburse or even assure me I will get paid. They have a detailed letter from my doctor with everything needed. They will not pay out or refund the policy cover.
