Difficult and lengthy claims process
I broke my ankle 2 days before a ski holiday, which was insured by Zoom Travel. The claim took almost 12 weeks and a number of hours of time on my part. It was stressful and difficult. I wouldn't recommend this insurer for the claims experience and absolutely wouldn't use them again.
