Very easy to deal with

My family had flights cancelled leaving Florida for home due to adverse weather conditions. I called up Zoom to let them know of the issue using an American based number and they set up the claim. They told me to keep any records of expenses (food, accommodation and other incidentals). We ended up only being delayed by 24 hours. Upon our return - I provided the relevant documentation and everything was processed within a week and notification that my reimbursement was on its way. Very simple, highly recommend as a good alternative to the bigger insurance players :)
