Investigation went well
I was a bit nervous when I was told my claim was being investigated by the Zoom team, however Tahlia was a massive help in the process of what was expected of me and what documentation I needed to provide to support my claim. The initial phone call was easy to set up and being called right on the agreed time was very comforting. There was no feel of being rushed by Zoom, with them sending me regular emails regarding what I still needed to send over. Once everything was in, I felt the review and outcome of my claim was done in a timely manner. If anything, there could be a notification email from the claims team to notify when a person has successfully sent all of their claims through? I had a couple of emails that were left on read and it was a couple of weeks after I received an email saying that third parties were being investigated.
