Positive Experience

My experience with Zoom Travel Insurance was positive from my very 1st point of contact. Staff were so helpful, comforting and reassuring. During my time travelling in California, I became unwell, and unsettling feelings arose being in a foreign country. However, the team put me at ease, guiding me through the process, communicating with the Hospital and taking care of the administration, and lastly the claims process thereafter was simple and straightforward.
