Zero customer service. NEVER USE THESE GUYS!
Nine months after having a miscarriage while on holidays in the USA I am still getting bills from the US hospital for a bill which should have been paid by Covermore (according to themselves its all settled), despite having done all the right things - i called them before presenting to emergency to make sure that it was OK and also submitted all documentation. The US hospital have confirmed that Covermore have been extremely difficult to deal with and ring me instead of them now as they are also sick of the run around that Covermore give them (& me) constantly. I have found their customer service team to be absolutely appalling - most have major attitude problems and/or have no idea what they are doing. The team at Covermore added immensely to an already distressing situation. I would urge anyone to choose any other company other than these guys. A few years ago I used SCTI for a claim following travel disruption in the UK and found them to be a lot better. My travel agent talked me into getting Covermore on this trip...never again!!!!! I'm going back to using SCTI for future travel - they had been hassle free, fast and easy to deal with.
