Excellent service from start to finish
On the day we were due to fly out to Europe my husband was bitten by a white tail spider and ended up in surgery instead of on our flight. I rang Cover-More the next day and explained the situation and the staff member was very helpful and understanding. In between many hospital visits and contacting various suppliers in Europe I completed the claim form which was easy and direct. From the day I made the claim to the day I was paid out I had excellent customer service and could find no fault with the company at all. When the payment came it was within two months (I'd had to wait for o'seas paperwork to come through) and Cover-More paid to the exact cent of my claim. We've used them a number of times since and will continue to do so. I have a number of pre-existing conditions and they've covered me for them each time.
