Small medical claim in Fiji
We had a small medical incident in Fiji (broken little toe, was deformed), called the hotline spoke to a nurse and then doctor. Directed to what hospital we should go to in Fiji. Got a follow up call two days later to make sure everything was ok. On return lodged the claim online, provided what documents we had (probably need to provide too much but no real issue). Lodged the claim at 10pm Monday night, claim approved 11:30am Tuesday.
