youGo travel insurance

Due to AUS government entry restrictions my overseas flight got cancelled. YouGo travel insurance (Cover-More) offered no reimbursement for cancellation of flights blaming on the "pandemic" and use very good strategy around so many grey areas in the policy so they can use to avoid any payment. Before taking this policy I was told by customer representative that I won't be medically covered if I contract the virus which was fine with me, understood that part, NO ONE mention any other scenario, just no medical cost in case of catching COVID. Insuring your holiday with this company would be an utter waste of money.
