Very Dissatisfied with the Service
I tried for 2 weeks ringing this Insurance Co, 7 times, waiting in excess than 2 hours each time for a representative to answer. One of these times I actually got down to be 5 on the waiting list and was cut off.
Then today I was determines to walk around with the phone in my hand. Outrageously it took 7.5hrs to finally speak to someone. There were not concerned about the length of time and the inconvenience that it caused.
I even sent them a message through their website, which I never received a reply either.
All I wanted to do was to change me travel date, which there is no login on website to do this.
But I was so frustrated at the end that I ask for a cancellation and refund fund of policy, so I could go to another travel insurance co, that would give me better customer service.
Then the representative told me that the Supervisor wanted to speak to me, so I was put on hold for another 40 minutes and the hung up on.
NO I AM COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE IN ALL ASPECTS NOW.
