No customer service!
Cover-More is happy to take your money. Just don't expect to be able to contact them if you have a claim or need to speak with someone.
Calls to their customer service go unanswered or are disconnected after waiting on hold for up to 2 hours.
There is no use in having insurance if you are unable to claim when the time comes.
You are literally paying for nothing.
